Names, quantities, units, and preparation in separate fields. Canonical ingredient IDs connect “tomato”, “tomat”, and “Tomate” without rewriting the original language.

## Allergen evidence

Every recipe says whether it contains each of the EU’s 14 regulated allergens and the distinct US definitions for wheat and tree nuts. One true or false per allergen, counting garnishes and optional lines too.
