## Questions

What counts as a request?

Any call to the API or the MCP server made with a key, including the ones that come back as errors.

What happens at a limit?

The API answers 429 until there is room again. The daily limit resets at midnight UTC. The weekly limit on Free counts the last 7 days, so room comes back as older days drop out of the window.

How is overage billed?

At the end of each billing period, per request, at $0.001 each. That is $1 per 1,000 requests beyond what your plan includes.

Can I change plans?

Yes, from your billing page, between Personal and Business. The change applies right away and Stripe prorates the fee.

What if a payment fails?

Stripe tries the card again over the next few days, and your plan keeps working meanwhile. If it still fails, the account moves to Free.

How do I cancel?

Choose Manage billing on your billing page. The plan ends at the end of the period you have paid for.
